At By Isra New York, each fragrance is prepared with intention and care. Because many of our creations are composed in small batches or crafted upon order, we ask that you review the following shipping guidelines.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Made-to-Order Production

Many of our fragrances are crafted or finalized at the time of purchase.

As an artisanal fragrance house:

  • Small variations between batches may occur

  • Natural maceration may continue after shipment

  • Production timelines may vary slightly depending on volume

These practices ensure freshness and concentration integrity.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Typical transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Transit times may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.


4. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or brokerage fees

Delivery times vary by country and customs processing speed.

We are not responsible for customs delays, regulatory holds, or seized shipments.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Undeliverable packages due to incomplete information

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, reshipping fees will apply.


6. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

By Isra New York is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Theft after delivery confirmation

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


7. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs inspections

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Force majeure events

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and contents

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@byisranewyork.com

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist.


9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is refused or unclaimed:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply


10. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If an item is listed as a pre-order:

  • Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once available
