What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the product format, packaging, and level of customization selected. Projects using approved standard components can begin at a lower quantity than projects requiring custom-sourced packaging.

Who will I work with during the process?

You will communicate directly with the founder of By Isra New York throughout the project. This provides a more personal, consistent, and efficient experience from the first consultation through final delivery.

Can I choose from your existing fragrances?

Yes. Our current private-label service is built around an established fragrance library. We will help you narrow the selection based on your brand, audience, and preferred scent profile.

Can you create an original fragrance for my brand?

Not at this time. Our current service focuses on existing professionally developed fragrances rather than custom formulation.

Can I use my own logo and product name?

Yes. Your business name, logo, fragrance name, and approved product details can be incorporated into the label and packaging design.

Do you provide bottles and packaging?

Yes. We can guide you through approved bottles, caps, sprayers, rollers, jars, boxes, inserts, and other packaging options. Custom sourcing may require higher minimum quantities.

Will I approve a sample before production?

Yes. Final production begins only after the fragrance, product specifications, artwork, packaging, and finished presentation have been reviewed and approved.

How long does the process take?

Projects using readily available bottles and packaging are generally completed within 6–10 weeks after the project details and deposit are confirmed.
Projects requiring bottles or packaging sourced overseas typically require 12–16 weeks, including component ordering, international shipping, inspection, filling, labeling, assembly, and final quality control.
Larger orders, custom-printed packaging, client revisions, supplier delays, or customs clearance may extend the timeline beyond 16 weeks.
A project-specific schedule will be included in your proposal.

Can I reorder the same products later?

Yes. Approved projects can be reordered, subject to fragrance and packaging availability, current material pricing, and any minimum quantity requirements.

Do you ship completed private-label orders?

Yes. Completed orders may be prepared for pickup or shipment. Shipping costs and any product-specific transportation requirements will be included in the proposal.
