Brooklyn & Queens, NY - $350
Manhattan & The Bronx, NY - $400
All other places within 20 miles from NYC - $450
All other places beyond 20 miles, price to be discussed.
Included in this fee is everything needed to bring the BY ISRA NEW YORK Perfume Bar to your event.

Our Perfume Bar is designed for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. Whether you're hosting 20 guests or more than 100, we'll tailor the experience to fit your event.
3. How much space do you need?
Our standard Perfume Bar requires approximately 8 ft × 8 ft of space. If your venue has different requirements, we'll customize the setup during your complimentary consultation.
4. Where do you provide the Perfume Bar experience?
We proudly serve all five boroughs of New York City as part of our standard Perfume Bar setup fee. We also travel throughout the Tri-State area and beyond for an additional travel fee, depending on the event location. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, simply ask during your complimentary consultation.
5. Can bottles be personalized?
Absolutely. We offer personalized bottle labels and custom fragrance selections to create a memorable keepsake for every guest.
6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For larger events or peak wedding season, booking even earlier is recommended.
7. Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. Every Perfume Bar experience begins with a complimentary consultation where we'll discuss your event, guest count, fragrance options, venue logistics, and answer any questions before you book.
We even offer complimentary coffee or tea and friendly conversations, if you show up to our Atelier in Staten Island.
