At By Isra New York, every creation is crafted with intention and care.
If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The protective seal (if applicable) must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Perfume Orders – Sample Experience Policy

Because our fragrances are crafted at elevated concentration and made with precision, we include a complimentary sample with each perfume order.

We kindly ask that you:

  1. Test the provided sample first.

  2. If satisfied, enjoy your unopened full-size fragrance.

  3. If the scent is not aligned with your preference, you may return the unopened and sealed full-size bottle within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@byisranewyork.com so we may resolve the matter promptly.

To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
