    01 How long is the appointment?
    Approximately 45 minutes.
    02 Do I need to know which fragrance I want?
    Not at all. You can arrive with a fragrance you already love, a few notes or styles you enjoy, or no starting point at all. Personal guidance is part of the Atelier experience.
    03 Can someone join me?
    Yes. Please let us know during booking if someone will be joining you so we can prepare accordingly.
    04 Is the $10 reservation fee applied toward a purchase?
    Yes. The full $10 reservation fee is credited toward any purchase of $55 or more made during your Atelier visit.
    05 Am I required to make a purchase?
    No. Your appointment is designed to give you time to explore the collection and discover fragrances at your own pace. There is no obligation to purchase.
    06 Can I Create My Own Perfume during this appointment?
    Create Your Own Perfume is a separate By Isra experience with its own dedicated process and booking page.
